Proposed state bill would regulate Queen of Hearts, fantasy football


One local lawmaker is criticizing a new attempt in Columbus to regulate popular games — like the “Queen of Hearts” game recently won in Garrettsville. A new measure in the Ohio House would prevent those running the games from keeping any of the money that’s collected — saying it would ALL have to be paid out to the winners. The measure would even cover games fantasy football leagues where players put in money.
